Paperback Editions
Each book in A Series of Unfortunate Events is set to be reprinted in a new, paperback form. These paperbacks are set to be released every four months, and each will include around seven new full-color illustrations. Each book will also feature supplementary material (not related to A Series of Unfortunate Events). You can download a sampler of what you'll find in each paperback here (PDF Link).

This supplementary material, part of a serial called "The Cornucopian Cavalcade", includes a 13 part comic by Michael Kupperman called "The Spoily Brats" (View a sample of this comic here), fake advertisements, and a manual on how to be a paper magician. The first three books will contain the serialized story "A Psychic Pstory of the Psupernatural" by Stephen Leacock. The Cornucopian Cavalcade will also contain a "What shall I do, Lemony Snicket" advice column which allows readers to submit questions for printing in future paperback books.
