V.F.D Rules
The Village of Fowl Devotees have many wierd rules, two words which here means "rules that often have to do or are about crows, which is very impractical, and often contradict each other"
Rule #1: Don’t harm crows. The Vile Village, Page 249
Rule #2: Anyone who breaks a rule is burned at the stake. The Vile Village, Page 108
Rule #19: The only pens that are acceptable within the city limits are ones made from the feathers of crows. The Vile Village, Page 138

Rule #67: No citizen is allowed to build or use any mechanical devices. The Vile Village, Page 57
Rule #108: The V.F.D. library cannot contain any books that break any of the other rules. The Vile Village, Page 60
